Regular Rate

$120 per hour during regular business hours (min. 1 hour charge, thereafter ½ hour increments)
$180 per hour outside regular business hours (same minimums and increments as regular rate)
16 business hour response time on request

Critical Response Service (Emergency Prioritization)

$175 surcharge (per trip)
3 hour response time

In-Shop Service

$90 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge, thereafter ½ hour increments)

Phone and Remote Assistance

$1.40 per minute during regular hours (minimum 15 minutes, thereafter 5 minute increments)
$2.10 per minute outside regular business hours (same minimum, increments)

Email Questions

Free, with a 24 business hour response on request

Log Monitoring

$15 per month per typical log

Trip Charge for On-Site Support

Waived for any call inside the contiguous Phoenix Metropolitan Area
Otherwise, $60 per hour travel time (one way)

For small items, $35 per trip inside the contiguous Phoenix Metropolitan Area
Otherwise, $60 per hour travel time (one way), plus on-site rates for large items or quantities
